“Performer” means an individual who performs in content on the ColorBlock Films website, https://colorblockfilms.com, to be viewed by other users;
Overview
As a Performer on ColorBlock Films’ website, you agree to the following terms when you verify your account.
Agreement Terms
- We (ColorBlock Films, INC) prohibit any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates our terms
- We (ColorBlock Films, INC) require the Performer to submit on record their written consent to be depicted in any form of content posted on ColorBlock Films’ website swearing consent to:
- Public sharing of the content and to upload the content to the ColorBlock Films website
- Content will be viewable to all subscribers on the ColorBlock Films website
- Content may be downloaded by purchasers on the ColorBlock Films website
- Documentation to prove an age of at least 18 years old with documented evidence such as a valid photo ID
- Allow us (ColorBlock Films, INC) to view and access verification documents
Content Termination:
On ColorBlock Films’ website, the contract period will continue as long as the Performer does not close the account.
Removal of Content
To request removal of content, visit our Complaints/Content Removal Policy.
Confidentiality
This agreement is strictly confidential and only authorized personnel are allowed to access.
Signature
Anyone who registers as a Performer and confirms their account is considered to have accepted this agreement. If you do not accept the agreement, please close your Performer account.
