Complaints/Content Removal Review Process
- Initial Complaint Submission

Response Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the issue to be reviewed, resolved, and responded to.
Case Number: Each complaint receives a unique case number for tracking purposes.
Preliminary Review - Internal Review Team: ColorBlock Films will conduct a preliminary review to verify the validity of the complaint.
Initial Investigation: ColorBlock Films will:
- Review the complaint and content in question against legal standards.
- Check for potential copyright violations or violations of other laws (such as privacy laws). - Temporary Action (if necessary)
If the content seems to pose a significant risk (e.g., illegal content, severe violations of guidelines), it may be temporarily suspended while the full investigation is ongoing. - Full Investigation
Detailed Analysis: ColorBlock Films will:
- Examine all evidence, including any additional context provided by the content creator.
- Consider the original purpose of the content and whether it falls under any protected categories (e.g., artistic expression).
- Check for previous complaints or warnings.
Timeline: A full investigation is typically completed within 7 business days. - Outcome Notification
Once the review is complete, both the complainant and the content creator are notified of the decision.
Detailed reasoning is provided, explaining how the decision was reached.
Appeals Process
- Appeal Submission
Eligibility: Either the complainant or the content creator may appeal the decision.
Submission Window: Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the outcome notification.
Required Information: The appeal must include:
- The case number.
- A detailed reason for disputing the decision.

Reinvestigation: ColorBlock Films will:

Timeline: Appeals are typically reviewed within 7 business days. - Final Decision
The appeal decision is final and binding. Both parties are notified of the outcome, along with a detailed explanation.
Potential Outcomes of Investigation/Reviews
- No Violation Found
The content is deemed compliant with the website’s guidelines and no action is taken.
The content remains available for viewing, and the complainant is notified that their request was denied. - Content Modification
If the content is found to be partially in violation (e.g. incorrect labeling), we may modify or re-upload the content to comply with guidelines.
The content may remain live or temporarily suspended until the changes are made. - Content Removal
If the content violates community guidelines, terms of service, or legal standards, it will be permanently removed.
The content creator(s) is notified of the specific reason for removal. - Restoration of Content
If the content was initially removed but the investigation or appeal process determines that the removal was unjustified, the content will be restored immediately.
The content creator may receive an update that the content has been restored.
